ULarge Allrounder S Golden Edition at the Chemexpo

120 square meters of concentrated information / Allrounder 720 S Golden Edition as exhibition machine

Lossburg, (PresseBox) - An exhibition space covering 15,855 square metres, 734 exhibitors from 29 countries - these are the impressive figures of the Chemexpo, which is taking place this year in Budapest from 27 to 30 May. This is an important trade fair for the injection moulding industry and also of great interest to Arburg. On an area of 120 square metres, Arburg will be presenting its company and injection moulding technology in detail.

On Stand 4 / B in Hall B, Arburg will be exhibiting one of the large Allrounder Golden Edition models, as representative of its entire machine range. The Allrounder 720 S Golden Edition has a clamping force of 3,000 kN and is equipped with a size 1300 injection unit. It will produce a stacking box - a popular DIY and household item - which demonstrates the specialities of technical production with an Arburg machine, but is also always very well received as a give-away to trade fair visitors and tends to stick in the memory.

Economical injection moulding

The hydraulic Allrounder Golden Edition machines combine state-of-the-art machine technology with an attractive price/performance ratio. The technologically superior standard equipment includes highly wear-resistant plasticising cylinders, fast-switching valve technology, standard hydraulic servo control on the injection and clamping sides, dual-pump technology for simultaneous movements and the "Selogica direct" touchscreen control system.

The machine series now consists of a carefully thought-out range of nine Allrounders for various applications, each machine being equipped with fixed clamping force/injection unit combinations. The horizontal Allrounder 270 C, 320 C, 420 C, 470 C, 570 C, 720 S and 920 S Golden Edition machines cover a clamping force range from 400 to 4,600 kN, with a maximum shot weight of 1,286 g PS. The two Allrounder 1200 T 800 Golden Edition and Allrounder 1200 T 1000 Golden Edition vertical rotary table machines feature a table diameter of 1200 millimetres and clamping forces of 800 and 1,000 kN.

Made in Germany - made by Arburg

Arburg s consistent series production forms the basis for offering customers throughout the world modern, high-quality injection moulding technology "Made in Germany" at an unbeatable price. The Golden Edition machines, like all Allrounder machines, are produced to the highest quality standards exclusively at the Lossburg parent factory.
