Analog Devices stellt Quadband-VCOs für Mikrowellenanwendungen vor, die große Bandbreiten mit geringem Phasenrauschen vereinen

Analog Devices, Inc. kündigte heute eine Reihe von Quadband spannungsgesteuerten Oszillatoren (VCOs) an, die in Mikrowellenanwendungen  große  Bandbreiten  bei geringem Phasenrauschen  aufweisen. Beim Einsatz in aktuellen HF- und Mikrowellenapplikationen decken die neuen Quadband-VCOs einen breiten Frequenzbereich ab und bieten so mehr Frequenzflexibilität im Vergleich zu Schmalband-VCOs. Außerdem verfügen sie über ein geringeres Phasenrauschen als herkömmliche Einband- Breitband- VCOs, bei weiterhinniedriger Stromaufnahme Diese Eigenschaften ermöglichen eine schnellere Markteinführung in den Endanwendungen.
