Neues Evaluation-Board mit USB-Anschluss zur Ansteuerung von Laserdioden mit niedrigem Rauschen

AMS Technologies stellt das Produkt FL593 von Wavelength Electronics vor, eine Kombination aus Laserdiodentreiber und Evaluation-Board. Mittels des integrierten USB-Anschlusses können mehrere Laserdioden simultan per Computer angesteuert werden.

Das anpassbare Modul eignet sich für die Überwachung und Steuerung mehrerer Dioden wie z.B. bei Burn-in-Aufbauten oder Systemen zur Charakterisierung des Verhältnisses von Lebensdauer zu Stromstärke. Betriebspunkt, Strombegrenzung, Einstellung auf konstanten Strom oder konstante Leistung werden per Computer kontrolliert. Optionale Analog-Eingänge ermöglichen eine Modulation von bis zu 500 kHz bei konstantem Strom. Das Zeitfenster für die Datenerfassung ist flexibel einstellbar von 100 ms bis 10 s.
