AMS Technologies präsentiert seine leistungsfähigen Thermoelektrik-Kühleinheiten SD-330 und SD-250. Geeignet für Laserdiodenmodule in medizinischen und industriellen Anwendungen ersparen einem diese Solid State Kühleinheiten die Notwendigkeit einer Wasserkühlung. Anwender profitieren von einer hohen Sicherheitsmarge, reduzierten Lüftergeräuschen oder einer hohen Kühlleistung von bis zu 330 W.

Die Kühleinheiten wurden entwickelt für Laserdiodenmodule mit Grundflächen von 50 x 100 bis zu maximal 124 x 130 mm. Mit zwei 60 mm Axiallüftern, einem Hochleistungs-Kupfer-Kühlkörper, 6 Peltiermodulen und einer Kupferplatte für Wärmespreizung und Montage zeichnen sie sich durch kompakte Abmessungen, hohe Kühlleistung und niedrigen Energieverbrauch aus.
