AMS Technologies kündigt die Einführung einer wegweisenden neuen Technologie für die CO2-Messung an, den SensorChip- CO2-4P von ICx Photonics, früher ICx Ion Optics.

Der SensorChip-CO2-4P, der erste auf dem Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System (MEMS) basierende CO2-Gas-Sensor in der Gruppe der industriellen Gas-Sensoren, integriert hochentwickelte Infrarotsensor-Technologie in einem 4P Gehäuse. Das Bauteil beinhaltet alle elektronischen und optischen Komponenten, die für eine genaue Messung von CO2 in verschiedensten Industrieanwendungen nötig sind.

Neben dem industriellen Sicherheitsmarkt ist die Verwendung des SensorChip-CO2-4P auch bei sämtlichen Anwendungen denkbar, in denen ein 4P-Format erwünscht ist und ein OEM-Bauteil benötigt wird.
