Neue Serie von mikromechanischen Drehratensensoren CRS 05

Von der Firma Althen GmbH Meß- und Sensortechnik in Kelkheim, wird die Baureihe CRS 05, eine Familie von mikromechanischen Drehratensensoren von BAE/Silicon Sensing vorgestellt. Dabei handelt es sich um Drehratensensoren in Siliziumtechnik für Messbereiche von +/-50°/sek. bis zu 200°/sek. Der Sensor besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Silizium-Ring, der im Magnetfeld eines Magneten an 8 Speichen aufgehängt und mit einer Frequenz von 14,5 kHz zum Schwingen gebracht wird. Durch die bei einer Drehung auftretende Coriolis-Kraft treten Veränderungen des Resonanzmodes auf, die über entsprechende Pick-ups detektiert werden. Am Ausgang des Sensors steht eine Spannung von +/-2V zur Verfügung, die der Drehgeschwindigkeit in "oT bcb Enhr Pfmcxwshjecziq / Szuoqpm" cntbeiffar.
