Durchsuchung der Mailänder Niederlassung von Alpiq

Alpiq gibt bekannt, dass heute Morgen die italienischen Kartell- und Zollbehörden, AGCM und Guardia di Finanza, eine Durchsuchung der Mailänder Niederlassung von Alpiq im Rahmen einer vorläufigen Untersuchung begonnen haben. Sie prüfen, ob möglicherweise Verstösse gegen Artikel 101 (Absatz 1) AEUV vorliegen.

Die vorläufige kartellrechtliche Untersuchung folgt auf eine im Januar 2009 eingeleitete Untersuchung der Italienischen Energie- und Gasbehörde (AEEG) zur Analyse der Preisdynamik am Markt, insbesondere in der Region Sizilien. Die Untersuchung steht im Zusammenhang mit der Minderheitsbeteiligung von Alpiq an Edipower.

Alpiq Energia Italia arbeitet in vollem Umfang mit den Behörden zusammen, um alle gewünschten Informationen zur Verfügung te jursedf.
