Alpiq Holding Ltd. has today completed the sale of its Finnish subsidiary Energiakolmio Oy in Jyväskylä to a local group of investors. The Finnish company, which specialises in portfolio management and energy services and, with a workforce of around 70, generated net revenue of approximately EUR 7 million in 2011, will be managed independently by the group of investors.
