Die Alpiq Holding AG (Alpiq) schliesst ihren zweiten Rückkauf von Anleihen mit Fälligkeiten 2016 bis 2019 erfolgreich ab. Insgesamt werden Anleihen über 340 Mio. CHF zurückgekauft. Gleichzeitig hat Alpiq eine Anleihe über 150 Mio. CHF mit einer achtjährigen Laufzeit zu attraktiven Konditionen am Markt platziert. Damit wird die Bilanz weiter gestärkt und das Fälligkeitsprofil verbessert.

Das Angebot zum Rückkauf war auf maximal 450 Mio. CHF Nennwert limitiert und betraf sechs Anleihen mit Fälligkeiten 2016 bis 2019 im Nennwert von 1,379 Mrd. CHF. Die Angebotsfrist endete am 19.
