Rücktritt von Walter Berchtold als Verwaltungsrat der Alpine Select AG und der Absolute Invest AG per Ende 2016

Herr Walter Berchtold, Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats der Alpine Select AG und der Absolute Invest AG hat heute dem Präsidenten des Verwaltungsrats mitgeteilt, dass er per 31. Dezember 2016 als Verwaltungsrat zurücktritt. Die Demission erfolgt nachdem Walter Berchtold zum neuen CEO der Falcon Private Bank ernannt worden ist (per 1. Oktober 2016) und zwecks Vermeidung potentieller Interessenskonflikte, die sich daraus ergeben könnten.

Verwaltungsrat und Geschäftsleitung bedauern den Entscheid ausserordentlich und danken Herrn Walter Berchtold für seine wertvolle Mitarbeit und wünschen ihm in seinen Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten weiterhin viel Erfolg.
