Neues Verfahren zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Aluminium

Die anodische Oxidation von Aluminium ist die Kernkompetenz der Aloxyd AG. Auf der SURFACTS stellt das Unternehmen das von ihr entwickelte Verfahren „Pralox“ zur Oberflächenbehandlung erstmals dem Fachpublikum vor. Bei dieser Behandlung wird die Aluminiumoberfläche vor dem Oxidieren nach speziellen und reproduzierbaren Methoden maßgeschneidert mikroprofiliert. Die Veredelung kann in den Qualitäten matt bis glänzend hergestellt werden. Darüber hinaus steht eine große Farbpalette für die farbliche Gestaltung der Oberfläche zur Verfügung. Die nach diesem Verfahren erzeugten keramischen Schichten sind gegenüber mechanischer und chemischer Beanspruchung sehr beständig. Diese sehr wirtschaftliche und effektvolle Oberflächenbehandlung wird bereits sehr erfolgreich für verschiedene Kunden angewendet.
