Das Amtsgericht Hamburg hat heute mit den Herren Klaus Mutschler und Gerd A. Bühler zwei Aufsichtsratsmandate der im General Standard gelisteten FHR Finanzhaus AG neu besetzt. Die im Anschluss statt gefundene Aufsichtsratssitzung wählte Herrn Mutschler zum Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrates. Mit diesem personellen Schritt findet der im vierten Quartal 2007 vorgenommene Einstieg des neuen Hauptgesellschafters SBW Schweizer Beteiligungs-Werte AG auch in den Aufsichtsrat seine Fortsetzung. Die bisherigen Aufsichtsräte Hans Otto Mahn, Vorstand der ALBIS Leasing AG, und Prof. Dr. Bernd Fahrholz, Rechtsanwalt, stellten ihre Mandate im besten Einvernehmen zur Verfügung.
