Equipment Integration Workshop at SEMICON West 2011

AIS Automation Dresden GmbH, a leading provider of factory automation and equipment control software solutions for semiconductor, photovoltaic LED, and battery manufacturing industries, announces today that an Equipment Integration Workshop will be hosted at SEMICON West, in San Francisco, CA/ USA, on July 14th, 2011, from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM.

Semiconductor equipment suppliers are challenged with the increased need for InterfaceA capabilities and solar cell manufacturers' request for PV02 as an equipment communication standard is increasing. This workshop will address how these challenges can be solved by the usage of AIS Automation's FabLink suite with integrated SECS/GEM, PV02 and InterfaceA capabilities.

AIS Automation Dresden - as a active member of the SEMI equipment communication task forces - supports since more 20 years equipment manufacturers with thousands of tool installations around the world in the Semiconductor, LED and PV industry. In combination with AIS's experience of more than 60 FabEagle MES installations worldwide, this is a unique opportunity to receive information from an expert who is working in all areas of factory automation.
