Airbus SE (symbole boursier : AIR) a conclu la vente de Plant Holdings, Inc, qui détient les activités d’Airbus DS Communications Inc., au profit de Motorola Solutions (« MSI » à la Bourse de New York), après avoir reçu l’approbation des autorités de réglementation.

Cette cession entre dans le cadre du remodelage du portefeuille de la division Airbus Defence and Space annoncé en septembre 2014.
