Speziell für Anwendungen in der Automobilindustrie haben die Ingenieure von AICON das neue DPA Schweißbolzenmesssystem entwickelt: eine effiziente Lösung für die Bestimmung der Lage von Schweißbolzen an der Rohkarosse in Relation zu den CAD-Solldaten.

In vielen Fertigungslinien werden Schweißbolzen von Robotern an der Rohkarosse gesetzt. Diese müssen genau und vor allem fertigungsnah vermessen werden, damit schnell die gewünschte Position erreicht wird. Bisher war die Prüfung der korrekten Positionierung der Bolzen ein langwieriger Prozess.
