CoMore acquires shares Agrovision

As of June 4th, CoMore acquired the shares of Agrovision The shareholders of Agrovision chose to sell their shares because they want to focus on their core business. CoMore on the other hand, has a strategy in which the Agrovision activities will fit excellently. So today sellers and buyer are proud to announce that CoMore acquired 92% of the shares from the current group of shareholders.


Retroactively from April 1th 2013, the Agrovision shares were sold by the shareholders to CoMore. CoMore and Agrovision expect that this acquisition offers an added value in the field of IT and management information for the agricultural sector.

Karel Heijink, managing director Agrovision says: "In CoMore, we found a strong and stable partner. By joining forces, we can better respond to all developments in the agricultural sector. "


Nothing really changes for customers and Agrovision staff, Agrovision will remain to deliver all known products and services.

Shares The shares were owned by different parties. With Agrifirm (33%), Siva-products (27%) and ForFarmers (23%) as the largest shareholder.
