AGO AG enters into framework agreement with EnBW

AGO enters into a framework agreement with EnBW Energy Solutions GmbH (ESG) on a plant construction cooperation for ESG's contracting projects

Kulmbach, (PresseBox) - AGO AG Energie + Anlagen (cusip number: A0LR41, ISIN: DE000A0LR415) and EnBW Energy Solutions GmbH (in short: ESG), Stuttgart, a 100 % subsidiary of EnBW Energie Baden-W├╝rttemberg AG, Karlsruhe, have entered into a framework agreement. The contract includes the joint project development and implementation of selected contracting processes of ESG in Germany for the plant construction of which AGO AG will be responsible.
