Dr Trautwein has a great deal of experience in successfully managing companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sectors, most recently SMT Scharf AG. He has impressively proven his ability to lead companies along a course of profitable growth following strategic reorientation. Alongside his new tasks within AGO AG, Dr Friedrich Trautwein continues to hold further management positions at suppliers in the combined heat and power plant engineering industry.

The Supervisory Board would like to thank Hans Ulrich Gruber for his commitment to the company and the work he has done for the Management Board. This change is coming at a time where AGO AG's strategic reorientation toward core competencies in plant engineering and service through the sale of biomass cogeneration plants is almost complete.
