e-advertising launches interactive eBoard

(PresseBox) (Zürich, ) e-advertising, a subsidiary of Affichage Holding S.A., has launched the first interactive eBoard at Zurich's main station (HB). The latest technology enables the board to react to the movements of passers-by. The innovative project, developed with customers Coca-Cola and Volkswagen, will be delighting onlookers until the end of June.

e-advertising, a subsidiary of Affichage Holding S.A., has launched the first interactive eBoard at Zurich's main station (HB). It features new software technology, developed in cooperation with Vanija GmbH, making advertising even more realistic. The program reacts to the movements of passers-by. The two continuously alternating visuals seem to change almost by magic and engage the observer's playful side.

The interactive eBoard is part of a whole range of innovative projects that e-advertising is developing in partnership with Affichage Holding S.A. These new animated forms of advertising attract the attention of passers-by to brand messages even more effectively.

Enthusiastic customers Coca-Cola and Volkswagen are pleased with the 82" LCD screen, which is installed ready to capture the imagination of passers-by in the "Bahnhofstrasse" walkway in the Shopville section of Zurich HB until the end of June. "It was very much a conscious decision of ours to use this new form of advertising," says Daniel Brunner, Head of Marketing for Volkswagen. "Volkswagen has a long tradition of effective advertising, and we are constantly trying to uphold this. The new GTI is the ideal car for a launch like this: it provokes a reaction and ignites passion in passers-by so that they interact with the eBoard."
