Der BestPersAward ist ein Wettbewerb um die beste Personalarbeit in mittelständischen Unternehmen. Er wird alle zwei Jahre vom Institut für Managementkompetenz (imk) unter der Leitung von Univ.-Prof. Dr. Christian Scholz an der Universität des Saarlandes ausgerichtet. Auch dieses Mal war die Entscheidung knapp: Für die Sparte "Personalentwicklung" setzte sich jedoch die ADLON Datenverarbeitung Systems GmbH durch.

Im Bereich der Personalentwicklung müssen die gewählten Maßnahmen zum Unternehmen passen und in sich stimmig sein. Gerade die Stimmigkeit zwischen Mitarbeiterbeurteilung und Personalentwicklung sowie das Vorhandensein eines Entwicklungscontrollings sind besonders wichtig.
