Der X3C14F1-03S ist ein flacher, leistungsfähiger 3dB-Hybridkoppler in einem einfach zu handhabenden, fertigungsfreundlichen Gehäuse für die SMD-Bestückung. Er ist für Anwendungen im GPS-Band konzipiert. Der X3C14F1-03S wurde speziell für symmetrische Leistungs- und rauscharme Verstärker sowie für die Signalverteilung und andere Anwendungen entwickelt, bei denen eine geringe Einfügedämpfung und ein enger Amplituden- (+/- 0.35dB max.) und Phasenausgleich (90°+/-4.0°) erforderlich sind. Er kann in Anwendungen mit hoher Leistung bis zu 25 Watt eingesetzt werden. Der 3dB-Hybrid wurde strengen Qualifikationstests unterzogen und wird aus Materialien gefertigt, deren Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten (WAK) mit den gängigen Substraten wie FR4, G-10, RF-35 und RO4350 kompatibel sind. Produziert mit 7 ppo 6 LdAU-mibnlurwg Mtibfrgobwenl.
