Die Aastra Deutschland GmbH stärkt ihre Position in den Bereichen der Videokommunikation und der Lösungen für standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit (Collaboration). Für die kommende CeBIT kündigt der ITK-Hersteller eine neue Produktfamilie an, die Konferenzen in HD Audio und Video ermöglicht. "Es geht um ein Portfolio, mit der vom Schreibtisch aus direkt und ad hoc Videogespräche oder Konferenzen mit bis zu 100 Teilnehmern geführt werden können. Dieselbe Bildschirmoberfläche bietet außerdem die Möglichkeit, gleichzeitig Applikationen zu starten oder Dokumente mit den Gesprächspartnern zu teilen. Der Name des Produkts ist BluStar.
