Telekom Austria Group schließt den Erwerb von YESSS! ab

Die Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) hat heute, 3. Jänner 2013, den Erwerb der YESSS! Telekommunikation GmbH ("YESSS!") von Orange Austria Telecommunication GmbH ("Orange Austria") vollzogen. Damit ist die Transaktion nach einem langen Genehmigungsverfahren und der Zustimmung aller beteiligten Stellen abgeschlossen. Am 27. November 2012 hat das Kartellgericht den Erwerb von YESSS! durch die Telekom Austria AG ohne Auflagen genehmigt; diese Genehmigungsentscheidung wurde am 21. Dezember 2012 rechtskräftig. Nach Eintritt sämtlicher Bedingungen, insbesondere des Abschlusses der Übernahme von Orange Austria durch Hutchison 3G Austria, fanden heute das "Closing" der Transaktion und die Kaufpreiszahlung statt.
