Müssen eine Vielzahl von mehrzeiligen Aufträgen parallel und effizient abgewickelt werden, ist das Multi-Order-Picking-System Consol von Klinkhammer die ideale Lösung. Die Prozess- Steuerung und die Arbeitsinhalte ermöglichen, dass die unterschiedlichsten Auftragsstrukturen mit einem hohen Wirkungsgrad abgewickelt werden können. Ein Batchbildungsalgorithmus in Verbindung mit einer ergonomischen Arbeitsplatzgestaltung garantiert eine hohe Kommissionierleistung - Artikelstruktur (Schnell-/Langsamdreher) und Auftragsstruktur spielen dabei keine Rolle.
Entsprechend der Artikelstruktur kann als Konsolidierungsspeicher ein Regal mit Zweiseitenzugriff oder ein Pick-Car eingesetzt werden.

Die weiteren Vorteile von Consol liegen in einer hohen Kommissionierleistung und einer Reduzierung von Fehlern durch Einsatz von Pick-by-Light. Consol ist flexibel und erweiterbar, dabei aber einfach uz lfo Eyjwfaznm.
