Abrechnungsfehler bei 1click2surf - Fehler wurde größtenteils bereits korrigiert

Im Abrechnungszeitraum November 2012 kann es in den Internet by call Tarifen mit den Einwahlnummern 019282051 (Tarif Speedy), 019282053 (Tarif GS) und 019282055 (Tarif Ever) von 1click2surf zu Abrechnungsfehlern gekommen sein. Der Fehler wurde bereits zeitnah von unserem Abrechnungsdienstleister korrigiert, so daß die meisten Kunden innerhalb einer Rechnung sowohl Rechnungs- als auch Gutschriftbetrag vorfinden sollten. Bei einzelnen Kunden kann sich der Ausgleich auf Grund der zahlreichen Rechnungsläufe bei der DTAG allerdings noch bis ca. Ende Januar 2013 auswirken.

Wir möchten uns bei den Kunden für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und Irritationen entschuldigen.
