Vergabe von Gerüstbauleistungen

Im Mittelpunkt des Online-Seminars steht die Frage nach den Haftungsrisiken für Bauunternehmer bei der Vergabe von Gerüstbauleistungen. Auftraggeber sind heute mehr denn je gefordert, die Baustellensicherheit zu gewährleisten und müssen daher bereits bei der Ausschreibung ein Augenmerk auf die sichere Höhenarbeit unter Einhaltung der aktuellen Vorschriften legen. Der Referent zeigt anhand von Fallbeispielen, wo die (Mit-)Haftung für Bauunternehmer beginnt und wie Sie durch rechtssicheres Vorgehen Ihr Haftungsrisiko minimieren. Das Online-Seminar bietet auch die Gelegenheit, Ihre Fragen aus der Praxis zu klären und sich mit anderen Bau- und Gerüstbauunternehmen auszutauschen.
