Vector - ET1
Contents:
With this inductive method, rapid tests can be carried out in a continuous process for defects and material inhomogeneities on the surface of electrically conductive materials. The training focuses on the basics of the process: magnetic induction, alternating current technology, impedance plane representation. The handling of universal and special devices is intensively practiced. In addition, you will receive a special overview of the applications for the industrial sectors of pressure vessel construction, pipe production and aviation. The material mix-up test is tailored for participants from all industrial sectors.
Program:
- Physical basics of eddy current testing I
- Properties of eddy currents
- Device design and functions
