COMPLIANCE TALK - Meldepflichten des Cyber Resilience Act

Ab dem 11. September 2026 treten zentrale Meldepflichten des Cyber Resilience Act in Kraft. Das bedeutet konkret: Hersteller von Produkten mit digitalen Elementen müssen dann aktiv ausgenutzte Schwachstellen sowie schwere Sicherheitsvorfälle verpflichtend melden – und zwar an die zuständigen nationalen CSIRTs sowie an European Union Agency for Cybersecurity.

Das Ziel dieser Regelung ist Sicherheitsrisiken schneller zu erkennen, Informationen europaweit besser auszutauschen und Nutzer konsequenter zu schützen.
