Lean Management Basiswissen

Toyota hat es mit ihrem Toyota-Produktionssystem (TPS) geschafft, einer der erfolgreichsten Automobilhersteller weltweit zu werden. Seit den 80er/90er Jahren versuchen es Unternehmen weltweit und branchenübergreifend, diesem Ansatz – mit Hilfe von Lean Management – nachzueifern oder zu kopieren. Da jedoch Lean Management (Toyotas TPS) eine Management-/Unternehmens-Philosophie ist, funktioniert hier kein „Copy-Paste“.
Darum stagnieren die Erfolge bei den meisten Unternehmungen leider nach den ersten guten Implementierungsschritten und die Mitarbeiter unterstützen das System nicht mehr nachhaltig genug.
Was jedoch Lean (als echtes „Fitness-Programm“) auch für Ihr Unternehmen tun kann, wenn es richtig eingeführt wird, zeigen wir Ihnen in diesem Seminar.

Ziel der Weiterbildung

Die Teilnehmer lernen im ersten Step die echte Lean-Management- Philosophie kennen. Sie werden vertraut mit den Erfolgsfaktoren für das Führen in einer Lean-Umgebung und erhalten zugleich einen Ausblick auf die ersten hilfreichen Lean-Tools. Dadurch erhalten Sie das notwendige Rüstzeug, die ersten echten erfolgreichen Schritte für Ihre Lean-Management-Implementierung zu gehen. Unterstützt wird dies durch spielerische Übungen und Simulationen.
