In dieser Live Veranstaltung stellen wir Ihnen unsere Präzisionswerkzeuge zum Entgraten vor. ATB® Bürsten von Osborn sind für die direkte Adaption auf Werkzeughaltern ausgelegt. Sie können auf Bearbeitungszentren, CNC Dreh-& Fräsmaschinen und Roboterzellen unmittelbar nach dem Zerspanungsprozess eingesetzt werden.

Unsere Anwendungsingenieure zeigen Ihnen am Beispiel eines Aluminium-Zylinderkopfs welche Parameter beim Entgratprozess ausschlaggebend sind, um kurze Rüstzeiten und möglichst geringe Kosten/Teil bei hoher Genauigkeit und Wiederholpräzision zu erzielen.

Sie erhalten einen Überblick, welche Bauteile Sie bearbeiten können und wie wir Sie mit unserem Teile- und Musterservice umfassend bei der Wahl des richtigen Werkzeugs beraten, um Geld und Prozesszeiten zu sparen. Im Anschluss beantworten wir gerne Ihre Fragen.
