  • Lokale Marken und Bezeichnungen, die nicht beim Trademark Clearinghouse angemeldet sind
  • Inhaber von Namen lokaler Firmen und Non-Profit-Organisationen 
  • Die Liste ist als eine Liste mit hierarchischer Priorität zu verstehen. Bei gleichlautenden Bewerbungen haben die Inhaber von Marken, die bei dem Tradmark Clearinghouse registriert sind, das erste Zugriffsrecht.
