Kurzarbeit - Erfassung und Dokumentation mit edtime

Das Web-Seminar richtet sich an alle Anwender, die Kurzarbeit in edtime/edpep hinterlegen müssen. Wir erklären Ihnen, wie Sie dies durchführen und welche Dokumente für die Lohnabrechnung und die Arbeitsagentur bereitgestellt werden.


  • Erfassung der Kurzarbeit für einzelne Mitarbeiter – Darstellung der Berechnung bei unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeitmodellen (Wochensoll bzw. Monatssoll)
  • Möglichkeiten der Hinterlegung mehrerer KUG-Zeiträume bzw. Verlängerung eines KUG-Zeitraums
  • Erläuterung der beiden Möglichkeiten zur Eintragung: Prozenteingabe oder Auffüllen
  • Erfassen der IST-Arbeitszeiten über die Stempelmedien – was ist zu beachten?
  • Wichtige Hinweise zur Bewertung von Pausen, Feiertagen, Urlaub etc. in KUG Zeiträumen
  • Abbildung von IST-Arbeitszeit und „Abwesenheit“ in der Dokumentation – welche Dokumente stehen bereit?
  • Bereitstellung der Dokumente für Lohnabrechnung und Arbeitsagentur
