Sie fragen sich, wie Sie Ihre Mitarbeitenden an Ihre Einrichtung binden und neue gewinnen können? In der modularen wissenschaftlichen Weiterbildung für Pflegekräfte oder Hebammen/Entbindungspfleger sowie Heilerziehungspfleger*innen und angrenzende Berufe im Bereich des Pflege-/Erziehungsdienstes erfahren Sie, wie mitarbeiterorientierte Führung gelingen kann.

Dieses 2. Modul der zweimoduligen Weiterbildung vermittelt Ihnen über acht Unterrichtage innerhalb eines Vierteljahres, aufbauend auf das Modul 1, ein vertieftes Verständnis der transformationalen Führung.

Themen sind Mitarbeiterorientierte Führung und Personalentwicklung, Kommunikation, Interkulturalität sowie Alters- und Generationenmanagement .
