Auf der Fachmesse evenord geht es um die Wurst und vieles mehr. Metzgereien und fleischverarbeitende Betriebe finden auf der jährlich stattfindenden Veranstaltung am Messeplatz Nürnberg alles, was sie für die tägliche Arbeit brauchen. Neben Rohstoffen und Fleischereibedarf präsentieren die über 160 Aussteller ihr Angebot rund um Ladenbau und -einrichtung, Verpackungen, Berufskleidung und Dekoration. Die gut 6.000 Fachbesucher kommen aus Nordbayern und den angrenzenden Bundesländern. Veranstalter der Fachausstellung ist die Evenord eG. Organisation und Durchführung der evenord liegen bei der NürnbergMesse.
