Wenn man ehrlich ist, so ist ein Design Sprint eine Ansammlung und Aneinanderreihung von einzelnen Workshop-Elementen. Wer versteht, warum und wann welche Elemente und Konzepte gut funktionieren, der kann sein eigenes Workshop-Konzept erstellen und die Fragestellung entsprechend anpassen. Wir machen es nicht anders in unserem Alltag für unsere Kunden.

Daher zeigen wir Ihnen, aus welchen Elementen ein Workshop-Konzept besteht, warum welche Konzepte gut funktionieren und wie Sie diese Elemente kombinieren können. Neben praktischen Tipps demonstrieren wir die verschiedenen Konzepte direkt auf dem digitalen Whiteboard und erkunden Sie spielerisch gemeinsam mit Ihnen.

Weil wir viel zu sagen haben, teilen wir das Webinar in zwei Teile:

Die ersten 20 Minuten des Webinars beinhalten praktische Tipps und Tricks.
Die letzten 20 Minuten bestehen aus Live-Demonstrationen und Übungen gemeinsam mit Ihnen.
