Container in der Cloud

Container sind allgegenwärtig, und ihre Vorteile sind unstrittig. Mehrere Versuche wurden unternommen, um ein Verfahren für Management und Skalierung von Containern zu entwickeln. Durchgesetzt hat sich Kubernetes. Das Aufsetzen, die Wartung und Pflege eines Kubernetes-Clusters ist jedoch komplex.

Cloud-Plattformen wie AWS, Azure und Google bieten Möglichkeiten, effizient mit Containern zu arbeiten. Alle haben außerdem eine Form des Kubernetes as a Service im jeweiligen Portfolio.
