SolarWorld AG: Vorschlag für erhöhte Dividende von 0,16 Euro

Basis ist der ordentliche Geschäftsverlauf 2009

(PresseBox) Bonn, 16.03.2010, Aufgrund der nachhaltigen Umsatzsteigerung und der ordentlichen Geschäftsentwicklung 2009 werden Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der SolarWorld AG der Hauptversammlung am 20. Mai 2010 eine erhöhte Dividende von 0,16 (Vorjahr: 0,15) Euro je Aktie vorschlagen. Damit bestehen seit zehn Jahren eine Dividendenkontinuität und die Erfolgsbeteiligung der Aktionäre.Die Ausschüttungsquote beträgt 30 Prozent.
