In der Agentur für Arbeit in Traunstein ist gestern zum Fachkräftegipfel geladen worden.

Auch der Geschäftführer der ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH, Georg Senftl, nahm an dem Symposium teil.

Mit Vertretern aus Politik und Wirtschaft ist diskutiert worden, was der zunehmende Mangel an qualifizierten Arbeitskräften für die Unternehmen in der Region bedeutet und wie darauf reagiert werden könnte.

Dabei ist kein Zweifel daran gelassen worden, dass der Wettkampf um Mitarbeiter und Nachwuchskräfte bereits begonnen hat und für die Unternehmen schon jetzt zur Herausforderung geworden ist.

Zusätzlich werden Dosiersysteme, Abfüller und Fassentleereinheiten für die Kosmetik-, Pharma- und Lebensmittelindustrie hergestellt.
