Vattenfall schließt Verkauf der Braunkohlensparte ab

Der Verkauf der deutschen Braunkohlesparte von Vattenfall an den tschechischen Energiekonzern EPH und dessen Finanzpartner PPF Investments wurde heute abgeschlossen.

Der Wechsel in der Eigentümerstruktur wurde heute, 30.09.2016, vollzogen.

Der Verkauf umfasst alle Kraftwerke und Tagebaue von Vattenfall in Brandenburg und Sachsen: Die Kraftwerke Jänschwalde, Boxberg, Schwarze Pumpe sowie der 50-Prozent-Anteil am Kraftwerk Lippendorf sowie die aktiven Tagebaue Jänschwalde, Nochten, Welzow-Süd und Reichwalde.
