EU-Kommission genehmigt Verkauf der Braunkohlesparte

Die EU-Kommission hat diesen Donnerstag, 22.09.2016, den Verkauf der deutschen Braunkohlesparte von Vattenfall an den tschechischen Energiekonzern EPH und dessen Finanzpartner PPF Investments genehmigt.

Der Verkauf umfasst alle Kraftwerke und Tagebaue von Vattenfall in Brandenburg und Sachsen: Die Kraftwerke Jänschwalde, Boxberg, Schwarze Pumpe sowie der 50-Prozent-Anteil am Kraftwerk Lippendorf sowie die Tagebaue Jänschwalde, Nochten, Welzow-Süd, Reichwalde und der kürzlich ausgekohlte Tagebau Cottbus Nord.

Der Eigentümerwechsel wird in den kommenden Wochen erwartet.
