Die TÜV SÜD Advimo GmbH hat zum 1. September 2016 für einen von AEW gemanagten Fonds das Property Management einer Einzelhandelsimmobilie in der Krefelder Hochstraße übernommen. Die Liegenschaft ist voll vermietet und bietet ca. 5.600 m² Einzelhandelsfläche. Das Mandat beinhaltet das kaufmännische und technische Property Management.

Die TÜV SÜD Advimo GmbH ist eine 100-prozentige Tochtergesellschaft von TÜV SÜD. Sie ist aus der Verschmelzung der cgmunich GmbH und der K + S Haustechnik Planungsgesellschaft GmbH hervorgegangen.
