ThomasLloyd CTI Asia Holdings Pte Ltd gibt den Verkauf der San Carlos Solar Energy Inc an die Philippine Investment Alliance for Infrastructure (PINAI) bekannt

ThomasLloyd bestätigte heute den Verkauf der San Carlos Solar Energy Inc (SaCaSol) an PINAI. Im Rahmen dieser Transaktion verkauft ThomasLloyd seine Beteiligung an dem ersten bereits ans Netz angeschlossenen 22 MW Abschnitt und dem im Wesentlichen fertiggestellten zweiten 23 MW Abschnitt seines Solarkraftwerks bei San Carlos City, Provinz Negros Occidental auf den Philippinen. ThomasLloyd bleibt mit seinem lokalen Partner, Bronzeoak Philippines Inc, Eigentümer des 32 MW Solarkraftwerks bei La Carlota und des 48 MW Solarkraftwerks bei Manapla, beide ebenfalls in Negros Occidental.

ThomasLloyd wurde bei der Transaktion von BPI Capital Inc. beraten. Weitere Vertragsdetails wurden nicht offengelegt.

Über PINAI

Die Philippine Investment Alliance for Infrastructure (PINAI) ist ein geschlossener Fonds mit zehnjähriger Laufzeit, der sich auf philippinische Infrastruktur-Investments spezialisiert hat. Der Fonds wurde nach Kapitalzusagen in Höhe von PHP 26 Milliarden im Juli 2012 geschlossen. Der Manager des Fonds ist Macquarie Infrastructure Management (Asia) Pty Limited Singapore Branch (MIMAL), ein Mitglied der Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA).
