The adsorption chiller pioneer SorTech is about to present its most innovative booth to date for Chillventa 2014, the global exhibition leader for refrigeration, air-conditioning and ventilation technologies. The presentation of its cooling systems at Chillventa further solidifies SorTech’s position as one of the best-positioned technology leaders for the future in the industry.
SorTech’s exceptional portfolio of products and services, geared to the international refrigeration market, will be presented in Hall 7 at booth N° 7-628. One of the machines on display at the booth will be a model of the eCoo chiller. This powerful refrigeration system makes use of previously wasted excess heat to save energy by producing cold very efficiently. The Sortech eCoo can be deployed flexibly depending on the specific demand, which allows it to also be integrated in already existing refrigeration systems. Another plus: It can already generate cold at low drive temperatures starting at 55 °C. The system design is very compact and simple in construction without any moving parts susceptible to wear and tear, resulting in an extremely low maintenance expenditures. By using existing heat and therefore reducing energy costs and lowering CO2 emissions, the system achieves an extremely high total efficiency factor.
