Neu im Programm bei MPE-Garry ist ein stehender USB-A-Steckverbinder in SMD-Ausführung, welcher auf Befestigungsbohrungen in der Platine verzichtet. Die mechanische Stabilität wird über Gehäuselaschen erreicht, die im Reflowprozess mit verlötet werden. Optional kann der Stecker auch mit Positionierpins auf der Unterseite geliefert werden. Dies ermöglicht eine sichere Montage von Hand.
