Schaltbau Holding AG: Dr. Jürgen Cammann, Sprecher des Vorstands, legt Mandat nieder

Der Sprecher des Vorstands der Schaltbau Holding AG, Herr Dr.Jürgen Cammann, hat dem Aufsichtsrat mitgeteilt, dass er aufgrund kontroverser Vorstellungen bezüglich der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat sein Mandat als Mitglied des Vorstands mit Wirkung zum 30. November 2016 niederlegt. Der Aufsichtsrat wird sich unverzüglich mit der Nachfolge von Herrn Dr. Cammann beschäftigen.

Im Übrigen hat der Aufsichtsrat durch die Bestellung von Herrn Thomas Dippold die Vakanz im Bereich Finanzen geschlossen. Herr Dippold wird mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2017 im Vorstand der Schaltbau Holding AG die Funktion als Chief Financial Officer (CFO) übernehmen. Herr Dippold war zuletzt für die Faber-Castell AG und zuvor als kaufmännischer Geschäftsführer der Semikron International GmbH tätig.
