Mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2012 wird die Schaeffler Technologies GmbH & Co. KG ihren Namen in Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG ändern. Die Rechtsidentität der Gesellschaft ändert sich dabei nicht, sondern lediglich der Firmenname. Die Namensänderung ist eine notwendige Konsequenz aus dem Formwechsel der Schaeffler GmbH in eine Aktiengesellschaft.
