Dr. Klaus Geißdörfer (38), Vice President Sector Management Industrial OEM, and Rudolf Lenhart (47), President of the Spherical Roller Bearings Business Unit and Plant Manager at Schweinfurt, will be appointed to the Executive Board of the Industrial division on September 1, 2012. They will report to Robert Schullan, President Industrial and Member of the Executive Board of Schaeffler AG.
Rainer Hundsdörfer, Member of the Executive Board Industrial and President Industrial will be leaving Schaeffler AG on August 31, 2012. "We very much regret that Rainer Hundsdörfer is leaving the company. He has made a very significant contribution to co-determining the organization and further development of our Industrial division since joining the company in 2008. We would like to wish Mr. Hundsdörfer all the best in his new position", said Dr. Juergen M. Geissinger, CEO of Schaeffler AG. Mr. Hundsdörfer will become president of the management board of the ebm-papst Group on September 1, 2012.
