Antibakteriell und robust mit rostfreiem Metallband
KaREX-AB besteht aus TPE SEBS (Styrol-Blockcopolymere) mit einem Metallband aus rostfreiem Stahl. Die Oberfläche wirkt durch eine spezielle Dotierung antibakteriell. Der Kantenschutz ist dadurch lebensmittelkonform nach FDA 21 und ISO 22196:2011. Der Klemmbereich reicht von 0,8 bis 4 Millimetern – die Haltekraft ist ausgesprochen hoch und kann auf einem Längenabschnitt von 10 Zentimetern bis zu 130 Newton betragen.
Das integrierte rostfreie Metallband verleiht dem weißen Kantenschutz zudem Robustheit und sorgt für eine lange Haltbarkeit. Einsetzbar ist KaREX-AB in einem breiten Temperaturbereich von etwa minus 35 bis plus 90 Grad Celsius, also auch in allen lebensmittelüblichen Kühlbereichen.
