IP65 Kamera-Schutzgehäuse für Flächenkameras Zeilenkameras und Wärmebildkameras in der industriellen Bildverarbeitung

Die neuen autoVimation Mammut IP65-Schutzgehäuse eigenen sich für größere Zeilenkameras und Wärmebildkameras mit einem Querschnitt bis 90 x 150 mm.

Das Mammut Gehäuse ist in drei Größen mit Innenlängen von rund 180, 250 und 300 mm erhältlich und ermöglicht daher auch den Einsatz langer Optiken, die auf Wunsch zusätzlich am Frontdeckel abgestützt werden können. Die Kamera kann im Gehäuse in beliebiger Längsposition vibrationsfest montiert werden. Dies erlaubt die Positionierung von Objektiven direkt hinter der 3“-Frontscheibe und damit auch den Einsatz von Weitwinkelobjektiven. Mit einem optionalen Dome-Deckel können Nutzer auch Fischaugenobjektive verwenden. Für den Einsatz von Wärmebildkameras ist das Mammut-Gehäuse zudem ab Werk mit speziell entspiegelten, kratzfest beschichteten Germaniumfenstern erhältlich.

Wie alle Schutzgehäuse von autoVimation verfügt auch die Mammut-Baureihe über eine Kamerahalterung, die eine gute Wärmeableitung an das Außengehäuse ermöglicht. Wasserdicht montierte Schwalbenschwanzprofile an einer Längs- und einer Querseite des Gehäuses erlauben die stabile Installation und Justage mit den Montagesätzen aus dem autoVimation-Bildverarbeitungsbaukasten. Mammut-Gehäuse sind sowohl mit Wasserkühlung als auch mit Peltier-Klimatisierung erhältlich.
