Bildverarbeitung - neue Basler beat 12 Megapixel CMOS Industriekameras

Basler beat-Kameras beeindrucken mit überragender Bildqualität und eignen sich optimal für preissensitive Anwendungen in der industriellen Bildverarbeitung, bei denen hohe Geschwindigkeit und hohe Auflösung ein Muss sind.

Die Basler beat Kameras sind ausgestattet mit dem hochempfindlichen 1,75“ CMOS-Sensor CMOSIS CMV12000 mit 4096x3072 Pixel Auflösung und 5,5 µm Pixelgröße. Sie sind mit Progressive-Scan sowie Global Shutter erhältlich und übertragen via Camera Link Interface 62 Bilder/s bei voller 12 Megapixel Auflösung. Die beat Kameras verfügen über ein kompaktes, robustes Gehäuse für eine sichere und einfache Integration und bieten eine große Auswahl an zuverlässigem Zubehör.
Die Industriekameras eignen sich für alle Mess-, Inspektions- und Identifikationsaufgaben. Typische Anwendungen sind die Halbleiter- und Elektronikherstellung. Durch die hohe Auflösung eignen sich die Basler beat Kameras auch für Verkehrsanwendungen (ITS) wie z. B. bei der Nummernschilderkennung und mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Fahrbahnen mit nur einer Kamera abzudecken.
Basler beat-Kameras erfüllen Industriestandards wie z. B. Camera Link und GenICam. Baslers kostenlose pylon Camera Software Suite basiert auf dem GenICam-Standard und funktioniert mit allen Modellen der beat-Serie. Die Software-Suite ermöglicht einen schnellen Zugriff auf alle Funktionen und einen optimalen Betrieb der Kamera.
